The problem

The old site wasn't converting.

  • 01The previous site ran on a generic template that felt just like the competition — without differentiating the catalog depth or the direct-importer positioning.
  • 02Slow navigation and a poor mobile experience that made potential customers abandon before reaching the contact page.
  • 03Zero SEO structure: no schema, no clear sitemap, incorrectly configured canonicals — Google wasn't indexing it correctly and queries like 'auto parts Costa Rica' didn't show it.
  • 04Heavy unoptimized images, external fonts blocking first paint, old plugin JavaScript loading on every page.
The approach

4 decisions that changed everything.

01

We found the angle

Alpine's real differentiator wasn't 'we sell parts' — it was 'we're direct importers with a wide catalog and short response times'. The new site was built around that proposition.

02

Design honest to the stock

Instead of carousels of generic stock photos, real inventory photography, direct copy, and a visual system that feels premium without pretending to be a global brand.

03

Clean technical architecture

Modern stack (Next.js + Tailwind), images automatically optimized to WebP/AVIF, complete schema, correct sitemap, Core Web Vitals in the green from day one.

04

Clear funnel to WhatsApp

The real closing channel in CR is WhatsApp. Every page of the new site pushes frictionlessly to the business's WhatsApp, with pre-loaded templates based on the type of inquiry.
