When the template .
Some businesses need their site to do something, not just sit there: book, quote, check stock, talk to the system they already run. That is development — and it is what we do.
A form is not a booking.
The difference between a pretty site and one that works is whether the visitor can finish what they came to do without someone on the other side answering by hand. A form leaves the person waiting; a real integration closes the deal.
On Dr. Hernández's site the calendar reads live availability from his medical system and creates the appointment on the spot — it is not a form someone has to review later. Same at Relevium. That only happens by genuinely connecting to the client's system.
8 thingsa template will not give you.
Integration with your systems
We connect the site to the tool you already use through its API: medical booking, stock, invoicing, whatever it is. If it can be connected, we connect it.
Real booking and availability
The visitor sees the slots that are genuinely free and confirms on the spot, with a WhatsApp fallback if the system does not answer.
Catalogues that maintain themselves
Pages generated from your data, not typed by hand. Alpine Parts publishes 3,840 part pages; maintaining those manually would be impossible.
Real multi-language
The whole site translated, not just the homepage, with the tags Google needs to serve each visitor their language. Relevium runs in three.
Panels for the client
If something needs editing often, we build a simple panel for it — without forcing anyone to learn an entire content management system.
Migrations without losses
Changing platform without losing addresses or rankings: everything is mapped first and verified against the deployed site, not against a simulator.
Measurement from day one
Analytics and Search Console set up and verified live, so you know what works instead of assuming.
Your code, your domain
The repository and the domain are in your name. If one day you want to move to another provider, you take everything; nothing is held hostage.
Understand first, quote after.
Meeting and scope
What the site has to do, which systems it must talk to, and what happens if one fails. Without this there is no serious quote.
Closed price
A fixed number for the whole project, not an hourly rate that grows on its own. If scope changes, we requote before working.
Building in the open
You watch the site as it comes into existence, on a real link you can open. No waiting weeks for a big reveal.
Launch and verification
It goes live, gets measured against the live site, and whatever shows up gets fixed. A 200 does not prove a page is fine: you have to look at it.
Closed. Never «from».
A turnkey site starts at $650. What raises the price is custom functionality — integrations, booking, catalogues — and it is always quoted as a closed number after we understand the case.
Common questions.
What we get asked most before starting a build.
How long does it take?
A turnkey site is around three weeks. With integrations it depends on how accessible the other system is: if it has a documented API, little time is added; if it has to be reverse-engineered, longer. In the first meeting we give you a concrete date, not a vague range.
Can it connect to the system I already use?
If the system allows connections, yes. We have already done it with medical booking systems for two clients, reading real availability and creating the appointment from the site. The first thing we do is find out whether your provider allows it, and we tell you even when the answer is no.
Why not WordPress?
Because it ends up costing more. A WordPress with plugins needs constant updating, breaks on its own, and is the most attacked target on the internet. Our sites have no database to hack and no plugins to expire; that is exactly why maintenance costs $40 a month.
Who owns the code?
You do. The repository and the domain are in your name from the start. If tomorrow you want someone else to continue, you hand it over and that is it; nothing is withheld on our side.
What if I need changes later?
Small changes are covered by the $40/month maintenance plan. If it is new functionality, it is quoted separately, also at a closed price.
Do you work with clients outside Costa Rica?
Yes. The whole process works remotely and we have delivered sites in several languages. If you are in Costa Rica and prefer to meet in person, we are in Heredia.
Tell us what it .
Write to us with what the site needs to solve. We will tell you whether it can be done, how we would do it, and what it costs — at a closed price.
