Doctora Paola. .
A specialist with 15+ years coordinating hospital nutritional support —cancer, metabolic disease, liver and kidney conditions— and zero digital presence. We built her a bilingual editorial-clinical site and, above all, an interactive Food Guide: her clinical judgment translated into something no competitor has.
A real specialist. A tool no competitor has.

The credibility was there. The digital presence wasn't.
- 01Institutional coordinator of nutritional support at a national hospital for over a decade, with a master's in clinical nutrition —and not a single place online where a patient could find her or understand what she does.
- 02Clinical nutrition isn't communicated with a generic service list: the value is in the judgment. What to eat changes with the condition —renal, oncological, diabetic— and no competitor's site showed that.
- 03Her practice is bilingual and spans local + institutional audiences; the site had to serve patients in Spanish and English without doubling the maintenance.
- 04She needed something that set her apart instantly —not another medical template, but a piece that proved her expertise on the first scroll.
4 decisions to make her clinical judgment visible.
Editorial-clinical, not a medical template
Editorial design with an authoritative serif and a clinical teal palette: a “Clinical nutrition, with medical judgment” hero, a bio with a credentials timeline (physician · PhD · clinical nutritionist), a band of real stats —15+ years, 5.0 reviews, 2 hospitals coordinated— and contact with a map. It feels like a specialist, not a directory.
The Food Guide as the differentiator
The flagship feature: a floating 3D “galaxy” of foods under the headline “Good or bad? It depends on you.” A condition selector —general · renal/dialysis · diabetes · hypertension · oncology— recalculates the verdicts live. The same banana is favored in general and limited in dialysis because of potassium: her judgment, made interactive.
Bilingual with no double maintenance
ES/EN with a toggle and localStorage persistence. One site serves patients in both languages; content is maintained once, with no duplicate routes or CMS.
Medical SEO + custom assets
Structured data for a medical practice, service pages by specialty, and a custom pipeline: food sprites rendered in headless three.js to populate the galaxy. All on Vercel, serverless, with auto-deploy on every push.
The site + the tool in production.
- Complete editorial-clinical site —hero, service index, bio + credentials timeline, stats band, reviews (5.0) and contact with a map.
- Interactive Food Guide: a 3D food galaxy with Nutritious/Limit filters and a 5-condition selector that recalculates verdicts live.
- Per-food panel: verdict (favor / in moderation / limit), clinical reason, source and a direct WhatsApp CTA.
- Bilingual ES/EN with toggle + persistence —one site, two languages, single maintenance.
- Service pages with structured data for local medical search (oncological nutrition, nutritional support, chronic disease, palliative care).
- Custom asset pipeline: food sprites rendered in headless three.js from a GLB.
- Serverless architecture on Vercel with auto-deploy on every push; own domain nutriologiaclinica.com.
