Dr. Christian Hernández. .
A surgeon with 15+ years operating thyroid, head, neck, breast and skin cancer — tied to a slow WordPress whose contact buttons were dead without anyone noticing.
A real specialist. A calendar that actually books.

Figures measured with Lighthouse against the production domain, before and after.
The reputation was there. The site was hiding it.
- 01A WordPress that took 10.5 seconds to show the main image on mobile — where most of his patients come from.
- 02Every WhatsApp button on the site was dead: they routed through a third-party shortener that had shut down. Patients clicked and nothing happened.
- 03The doctor's email lived on the same domain that had to be migrated. One mistake there and his channel with hospitals and colleagues goes down.
- 04Zero measurement. The site reported not a single visit, so there was no way to know what his patients were searching for.
4 decisions to make the site work like a practice.
The real calendar, not a form
It reads live availability from his medical system and creates the appointment right there. Tested end to end: appointment created, verified in his agenda, then cancelled. Not a form waiting for a reply.
Migrate without touching email
Only the two site records changed; the five mail records stayed untouched. Zero messages lost. It was the riskiest part of the project and it never materialised.
Explain before selling
33 pages: every surgery explained in plain words, plus long articles on nodules, voice protection and neck masses. The patient arrives informed.
Measure what matters
Analytics and tags across all 33 pages. The conversion fires when the appointment is actually booked — not when someone clicks a button.
The site + the calendar in production.
- 33 pages in Spanish and English, with all four surgical specialties explained one by one.
- Calendar wired to his medical agenda: shows real openings and creates the appointment on the spot.
- Domain migration off the previous host without a single minute of email downtime.
- A blog with 13 long-form articles, each with its own anatomical illustration — none repeated.
- Analytics, Search Console and sitemap submitted; the site is measured from day one.
- 100 out of 100 on accessibility, best practices and SEO in Google's own tool.
- Auto-renewing security certificate and a proper redirect from the unencrypted address.
“From my very first contact with them I was pleasantly impressed by their professionalism. Communication is unbeatable, they understood what I needed better than I did, the whole process is very fast and they genuinely make it easy. The final result of the site is wonderful.”
