Your calendar, not .

A patient with a recent diagnosis does not want to fill in a form and wait for someone to reply. They want to see an open slot and take it — today, at eleven at night.

The idea

Trust is earned before the appointment.

Someone looking for a specialist is frightened and comparing. They read the page, check the reviews, try to understand what will be done to them. If the site does not explain the procedure in plain words, they leave for someone who does. Explaining well is not marketing: it is the first part of care.

Four of our eight cases are in healthcare — surgical oncology, clinical nutrition, emergency medicine and patient education — and in two of them the calendar is genuinely wired to the practice's medical system, creating the appointment on the spot.

What is included

8 piecesbuilt for a practice.

01

Genuinely connected booking

The calendar reads live availability from your medical system and creates the appointment on the spot. If the system does not answer, it falls back to WhatsApp so the patient is never stranded.

02

Every procedure explained

A page per surgery or treatment, in words the patient understands, covering what is done, what to expect and what recovery involves.

03

Verifiable live reviews

The real rating pulled from your professional profile, updating itself. No invented testimonials: if no review is published, none is shown.

04

Articles that answer questions

What patients ask in consultation, written once and available always. It is what brings in patients who do not yet know your name.

05

Healthcare structured data

Schema for physician, specialty, location and hours, so you appear correctly on Google and on the map when someone searches your specialty.

06

Bilingual where it matters

Full Spanish and English if you see foreign patients or medical tourism — the whole site, not just the homepage.

07

Migration without dropping email

If your domain already exists, only the site records change and the email records stay untouched. In Dr. Hernández's move not a single message was lost.

08

Fast on mobile

Almost every patient arrives from a phone. Dr. Hernández's site went from 60 to 91 on Google's mobile measurement after leaving WordPress.

How it works

Without stealing consultation time.

01

One conversation

Which specialties you cover, where, on which booking system, and what patients ask you most. That is enough to start.

02

Closed price

A fixed number for the complete site. Booking integration is quoted according to what your system allows, and we tell you beforehand.

03

We build, you watch

You follow the site on a real link. You review anything clinical: we never publish a medical claim you have not approved.

04

Launch and verification

It goes live, booking is tested end to end — creating and deleting a real appointment — and the live site is measured.

Price

Closed. Never «from».

Practice website
From $650USD
● Fixed price · booking quoted per your system

A turnkey site starts at $650. Wiring your calendar depends on what the system you already use allows; we find out before quoting and tell you even if the answer is that it cannot be done.

FAQ

Common questions.

What healthcare professionals ask us most before starting.

Can it connect to the booking system I already use?

If your system allows connections, yes. We have already done it with Huli in two practices: the site reads real openings and creates the appointment directly in your calendar. The first thing we do is find out whether your provider allows it, and we tell you even when the answer is no.

Who writes the medical content?

We draft it from your own words and materials, and you approve it before publication. We never publish a clinical claim you have not reviewed, and we do not promise outcomes or success rates.

Can patient testimonials be shown?

Only ones that genuinely exist and were published by the patient on a review platform. We do not invent testimonials; we have already had to replace fabricated ones on another client's site, and that is a false claim signed with your name.

What happens to my email if I change provider?

It is not touched. In a migration only the site records change and the email records stay intact. In Dr. Hernández's move not one message was lost, and that is the part people are rightly most afraid of.

Do I need a Google Business Profile?

Yes, and it weighs heavily in healthcare searches: it is what appears on the map with your hours and reviews. If you do not have one, we set it up; if it is incomplete, we complete it.

What about patient data protection?

The site stores no clinical information. Where there is booking, appointment data travels straight into your medical system, which is where it already lives under your responsibility. We keep no copies.

Your expertise deserves .

If your site does not reflect what you do, or your patients still have to call to get an appointment, get in touch and we will look at it.
