Relevium. .

A physician-led team that owns the whole case — for international insurers and their members, and for private patients. The challenge was not explaining a service: it was explaining it in three languages to two audiences that want different things.

Pages, languages and specialties counted from the production sitemap; accessibility, best practices, SEO and layout shift measured with Lighthouse against the live domain.

The problem

On the phone the service made sense. On screen, it did not.

  • 01Two audiences asking opposite questions. An insurer wants to know how billing works and under which codes; a private patient wants to know who to call today. One generic message served neither.
  • 02The service is invisible: there is no clinic to photograph. What is sold is coordination —one point of contact, from the first call to getting home— and that has to be made visible without inventing a building that does not exist.
  • 03The audience does not speak one language. Insurers and patients arrive in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and translating only the homepage leaves the rest of the journey half-done.
  • 04Zero measurement for months. The analytics code had been in the site since launch, but the variable that switches it on was never created on the server — so the tag never rendered and not a single visit was counted.
The approach

4 decisions for a service you cannot photograph.

01

A path per audience

Navigation splits right at the hero: «for insurers» leads to codes, consolidated billing and reports; the rest of the site speaks to the patient. Nobody has to read what does not apply to them.

02

Three full languages, not just the homepage

Spanish, English and Portuguese cover all 18 pages, with hreflang and a sitemap per language. A Brazilian member lands in their language and stays there to the end.

03

Real booking, not a form

The calendar reads live availability from their medical system and creates the appointment right there. If the system does not answer, it falls back to WhatsApp instead of leaving the patient stranded.

04

Measure for real, then prove it

We set up the analytics property and Search Console and created the missing variable. We verified in real time that hits were landing, rather than treating the absence of errors as proof.

Delivered

18 pages in three languages , in production.

  • 18 pages in Spanish, English and Portuguese, with correct hreflang across all three versions.
  • A specialties page covering the network's 33 —18 medical and 15 surgical— each with its own photo and description.
  • Four dedicated service pages: emergency care, hospital care, medical transport and insurer support.
  • Booking wired to their medical system: it shows real openings and creates the appointment, falling back to WhatsApp if the system does not answer.
  • Analytics and Search Console set up and verified live — the site had gone months without recording a single visit.
  • 99 on accessibility and 100 out of 100 on best practices and SEO in Google's tool, with zero layout shift.
  • Permanent redirect from the old domain to the new one, without touching the team's email records.
